Telehealth (Contract Position) – Speech Therapist

You Are:

  • Flexible – You thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy managing your own schedule. You’re comfortable with sessions primarily between 2pm-6pm Central Standard Time (GMT-6), but you have the flexibility to adjust based on your personal and professional needs.

  • Experienced – You bring proven expertise in speech therapy, ideally with experience providing telehealth services. You are skilled at tailoring therapy to the individual needs of clients, no matter where they are in the world.

  • Passionate About Diversity – You understand and appreciate the richness of working with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. You’re committed to providing exceptional care and support for families from all corners of the globe.

  • Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools to connect with clients. If you don’t know something, you’re eager to learn!

  • A Great Communicator – You know how to keep families informed, document progress accurately, and collaborate effectively with a global team.

  • Consistent and Reliable – You understand the importance of showing up for your clients and consistently being available for scheduled sessions. Reliability is key, and you pride yourself on being punctual and dependable.

  • Self-Motivated – You are independent, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. You can manage your caseload with while maintaining a high standard of care.

  • Bonus Points for a Second Language – While not required, speaking a second language, particularly Spanish, is a bonus. Your ability to support bilingual or multilingual clients is highly valued.

Your Role:

  • Provide speech therapy services to clients worldwide, via telehealth platforms.

  • Create personalized therapy plans and adjust as needed based on client progress.

  • Communicate regularly with families to keep them informed about progress and provide guidance for supporting their child at home.

  • Collaborate with our global team to share insights, seek feedback, and ensure the highest standard of care.
